Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please email us at hello@tellcapri.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@tellcapri.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item if eligible. This helps us keep inventory accurate and fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, used items, items not in original condition or final sale items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@tellcapri.com.
Return Address
To initiate a return, please contact us first. We do not publicly list our return address and will provide it upon approval.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for EU returns.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.
