At Tell Capri, we work hard to process orders quickly and ensure they arrive safely at your door.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Each order is packed in small batches with care to ensure quality and consistency. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping within the United States
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed, though delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and countries within the European Union.
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks after processing.
Please note:
- Orders ship from the US
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply
- These fees are determined by your country and are not included in your order total
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is ultimately dependent on the carrier. However, if your package appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@tellcapri.com and we’ll do our best to help investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
